Lisa Licensed Master Paramedical Aesthetician

Lisa brings an unmatched passion for skincare and anti aging treatments to KMP Aesthetics. After earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from New York University, Lisa worked for many years in the computer industry as a technical engineer and a motion graphic artist. Always having a passion for skincare, from years of struggling with acne, Lisa decided to follow her heart and pursue a career in aesthetics. When she moved to Seattle from Los Angeles in 2002, Lisa enrolled with the Euro Institute, one of the nation’s premiere esthetics colleges, which specializes in skincare.

Lisa’s strong technical skill and analytical nature make her a huge asset to KMP Aesthetics, as she is often able to determine the causes of a patient’s acne or skin condition. She was a big proponent and participant in the development of our private label of medical-grade skincare, and even designed the labels! Lisa is always researching the industry’s latest products and trends to keep our line cutting edge.

While Lisa worked briefly in the spa world, lasers and medical facial treatments are what she truly loves to perform. Lisa has over 13 years of Laser experience and is our Sciton Halo and BBL® HERO™ expert. She also has a huge following for her skin tightening treatments such as the Sciton Skin Tyte. Her personal history with acne gives Lisa extra motivation to clear up her patient’s skin. Her patients love her deep cleaning Micropeels and Hydrafacials both for anti-aging and for acne. Lisa is vivacious, passionate and brings a scientific edge to the KMP Aesthetics family. Lisa and her husband have two daughters and furry son named Peso. She enjoys running, yoga, and doing home projects when she isn’t fixing faces.

Tawnya Licensed Master Paramedical Aesthetician

With a career in the beauty industry spanning 20 years Tawnya’s caring and compassionate approach to skincare and body treatments make her a wonderful addition to KMP Aesthetics. As a Seattle native, Tawnya grew up in the beautiful Wallingford area. Her passion for drawing and love of art led her to a career in graphic design for over a decade. Yet her drive for creativity and a busy family life with small children led to a career in permanent cosmetics. Tawnya’s goal was to help others by making their lives easier. Saving patients time for the important things in life, while also enhancing their natural beauty. This attention to her clients needs gave way to a natural transition into skincare. Knowing that she could serve her patients more as an Aesthetician she earned her Master Aesthetician license from Washington Laser Institute in 2008. Her passion for helping her clients to feel their best with treatments such as the Hydrafacial MD+ or with Radio Frequency Microneedling with Morpheus8 is a true privilege. Tawnya spends her free time having fun with her family and friends, creating art, cooking, and enjoying the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
