I cannot say enough about how much I love this business. I’ve been attempting to lose weight, and was so close to my perfect body…. all that was left were those stubborn love handles and inner thigh fat that just won’t go away! I thought I was stuck until I saw that Dr. Jodie specifically targets areas like that with laser liposuction! I came into her office for the free (free!) consultation, and you could immediately tell that this woman knew what she was talking about, and was easy to talk to. On the day of the procedure, her wonderful staff calmed me down and took special care to make sure I was comfortable, and viola! No more fat pockets! I could barely even see the small incision line (and it’s completely gone now) and the procedure itself was extremely easy with very little downtime (I did it on a Friday and was back to work on Monday morning). Plus, Dr. Jodie made sure to check up on my satisfaction with the results and was very knowledgeable about every question of mine along the way.
Now I need another excuse to visit this place!

It has been two years since my son had liposuction for gynecomastia. Dr. Jodie understood how important it was for my then twelve year olds self-esteem and the outcome was perfect. Dr. Jodie and her staff were amazing! I had a comforting and relaxed CoolLipo procedure in her office. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jodie, she is a perfectionist about the works she does, she’s caring, and treats you like a person, not a number in her office. Pictures are worth a thousand words so if I could post them here I would. Go to the website and look at the pictures under CoolLipo – mine are there. I NEVER thought I’d be able to get such dramatic results without a major face lift and thousands of dollars etc. This new procedure gave me an entirely new face contour in two days – I could not believe my eyes. What areas can be treated?
CoolLipo is quite versatile in terms of the areas Dr. Reinertson can successfully treat. Most commonly treated small areas include: below the chin, the neck, jowls, arms, inner knee, as well as above and below the bra line. It is also great for treating areas with loose skin. What is a typical procedure like?
Unlike traditional liposuction which can be long, painful, and have a significant recovery time, CoolLipo is quick, comfortable, and minimally invasive; the leap in technology has truly been impressive! After the patient is prepared with a gentle and safe local anesthetic, a tiny micro-cannula is inserted into the area of localized fat and/or loose tissue through a tiny incision. Dr. Reinertson carefully guides the laser and begins to melt the fatty tissue underlying the skin. After the fatty tissue has been reduced with the laser, the liquefied fat is carefully suctioned out of the body and the remaining fluid is left to be removed by the lymphatic drainage system. That’s it. You will not require stitches and your recovery will be much quicker compared to traditional liposuction. Exact time of the procedure will be determined based on your unique condition and the number of areas that Dr. Reinertson is treating.
Will I need to be “put under” for the procedure?
CoolLipo is a procedure that is comfortably performed for the patient without the use of general anesthetic. Dr. Reinertson will use a local anesthetic to numb the treatment areas. You will be comfortable and awake during your entire procedure and will be able to interact with the doctor. The procedure is quicker than traditional liposuction, more comfortable, and requires less recovery time.
Is the treatment painful?
Laser-guided liposuction and laser-guided body sculpting with our CoolLipo laser is significantly more comfortable than traditional treatments. You will feel an initial pinching sensation while the doctor is injecting a safe numbing agent to allow for a more comfortable experience. During the liposuction portion of the procedure you may feel some pressure and movement but for most patients the overall experience will be much more comfortable than traditional liposuction. Please note that pain tolerance is unique to each individual so your experience may vary. Your safety and comfort are of the upmost importance to us and we use this as our guiding principle.
How long before I notice results?
You will begin to notice immediate results a week after your procedure and will continue to see ongoing results up to 6 months after your procedure. During the initial healing process it will be important to limit physical activity and exertion to make sure you get maximum results. Dr. Reinertson will offer specific recommendations unique to your healing. Please note that results with vary from person to person.
